Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
The short version: use Verity for your own music-making, purchases run through Apple, and we provide the app as-is.
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Verity Tuner (“Verity,” the “App”), provided by Carpenter Create LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using Verity, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Verity for your own purposes, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”), which also applies to your use of the App.
Pro purchase
Verity offers an optional one-time “Pro” in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Pro is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices. Refunds are handled by Apple at its discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
Verity is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to be accurate, we do not warrant that tuning will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carpenter Create LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Verity.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Verity after a change constitutes acceptance, and we’ll revise the date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
