Verity Tuner (“Verity,” “we,” “us”) is built by Carpenter Create LLC. This policy explains how Verity handles your information. The Verity app does not collect your data. This website uses standard web analytics and retains only the information you choose to send us.
The app collects no data
The Verity app does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking of any kind in the app.
Microphone
Verity uses your device’s microphone solely to detect the pitch of the notes you play, in real time, entirely on your device. Audio is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere — it is analyzed instantly and discarded.
Purchases
The optional Pro upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. Verity never sees or stores your payment information; those transactions are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We receive only limited, largely aggregate sales and payout information from Apple.
Ads and analytics
The Verity app includes no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. This website uses privacy-preserving analytics to measure which pages are visited and roughly where visitors arrive from. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The measurements are aggregate, do not identify you, and are never used for advertising.
Information you send us
The app collects nothing — but if you reach out through this website, you choose to share some information. If you join the launch list, we store your email to notify you when Verity is available. If you use the contact form or email support@veritytuner.com, we receive your name, email, and message so we can reply and follow up. We use this only to respond to you and, for the launch list, to tell you about Verity — never for anything else, and we never sell it.
Service providers
A few trusted service providers handle this information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes: a customer-relationship (CRM) provider that stores contacts and messages, an email-delivery provider, and an AI provider that helps draft replies to support questions from our help docs — a member of our team steps in when needed. Messages you send to support may be processed by these providers to route and answer them. We can provide the current list of providers on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you’ve given us at any time, and we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request — or to unsubscribe from the launch list — email support@veritytuner.com.
Children
Verity is not directed to children under 13. The app collects no personal data from anyone, and this website is intended for adults; we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
